Quality documentation systems have several purposes in the organization. The system ensures that correct, consistent and complete information is effectively utilized in realizing customer and other stakeholdersââ¬â¢ requirements. Good documentation system is also a major part of the organizationââ¬â¢s quality assurance system. 1. Work instructions are a sequence of procedures or steps that are required to effectively perform or execute an activity in the organization. Work instructions have importance in the organization. The first importance is that it provides reference during employee training sessions; this ensures employees are equipped with adequate competencies. The second importance is that work instructions ensure consistency in work execution; this is because all the employees needed in performing a specified job are trained in the same manner.
